RBC Enterprises (RBCE)
Welcome to the RBC Enterprises (RBCE) website!
RBC Enterprises is currently dedicated to providing a comprehensive application for use by Scouts Canada Scouters.
The application called Scout Administration System (SAS) is designed for use on Windows PCs as a tool for managing the day-in day-out administration of a Scouters data. Specifically included are modules to provide for the management of the following.
Common Data Module
– Manage Common Data such as Organization Levels, Fee Schedules etc.
Member Module
This module provides for the complete management of member data including the importing of current data from MyScouts.
– Member Data. Typically Scouts Canada members but allows for non-Scouts Canada members for added functionality.
– Member Registration Data including data like Status, Fees, etc.
Organization Module
This module provides for the complete management of organization data including the importing of current data from MyScouts.
– Organization Data including the hierarchy (relationships) between Councils, Areas, Groups and Sections.
– Organization Member Data including who belongs to an organization.
– Organization Events Data including basic event (activity) data, who is attending, etc.
Event Module
This module provides very comprehensive functions to manage an event from a few to thousands of participants.
– Event Information.
– Registration Management for organizations and members.
– Event Organization Management.
– Event Member Management.
– Event Activity Management.
